Purchasing Policies and Information

Customer Satisfaction:

We at Samyra, Inc. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we are dedicated to that purpose. Most items purchased from our site are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of date of purchase. (see more below)

Return Policy:

Dyrberg/Kern jewelry is of the highest quality and is to be considered upscale fashion jewelry. It should be rotated with your other pieces. Within 30 days of purchase, any item with a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced upon its return to Samyra, Inc. The original receipt, with the customer's name, address, and telephone number must accompany any item for repair. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.

Shipping and Handling:

We at Samyra, Inc. take pride in our prompt shipping. Most of our orders will be processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will notify you via email and keep you informed of its availability. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and will include the appropriate insurance fees.

- Shipping charges are calculated within the continental United States only.
- Prices for International orders are available by request only.
- All purchases are shipped via the United States Postal Service with Signature Required.

Shipping outside of the Contntenal United States:

Shipping to Europe, Australia, and Canada will incurr a flat fee of $10 US funds. Please inquire with us on shipping to other parts of the world. If the price of the items purchased does not reflect this total, the price will be adjusted when the order is processed and the purchaser will be notified of the total price.

Tax Information:

Samyra, Inc. is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Louisiana. Shipping within Louisiana requires a sales tax in the amount of 4% of the total price. Shipments to the greater New Orleans area, our current location, require a 9% addition to the order, which is the current local sales tax. (2005)

Jewelry Care:

All orders from Samyra, Inc. will include a pamphlet on jewelry care. Please consult this document upon receipt of your order.

Samyra Inc, currently accept VISA and MASTERCARD. You may either choose to enter your credit card information on our SECURE SERVER or inquire with us on the contact page (Here) and we will gladly communicate with you to secure your order. You may also use the Wish List form (Below) to inquire about our products and we will contact you for more information.
